Guardian of the memory of the men and the traditions, the Ecomuseum of the Forest of Orient will make you discover the rural life through its trades and its habitat. The Ecomuseum is a place of welcome, information and reflection devoted to the richness of our unique regional heritage.

The first site of the House of Days and Fields brings together a collection of agricultural equipment from the past centuries and will explain the rural life of yesteryear. You will see the evolution of the material: araires, plows, tractors … In barns reimplanted on the site, you will be able to discover the workshops of yesteryear of the carpenter, saddler, tailor, vine grower …

The second site 200 meters from the first, in the heart of the village named “The shop of the wheelwright” is the original workplace of one of the last cartoons in the region. Left in the state the machines still work. You will discover the essential equipment for the maintenance of plows and other agricultural tools but also equipment for horses.
