Our estate is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar,where we operate 8 hectares of vineyards in AOC Champagne,including 1/3 chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Pinot Meunier.
Harvesting Manipulant since 1921, we make our own Champagne, from our vines alone, and carry out all the stages of viticulture and winemakingourselves. We are equipped with two presses, a thermoregulated stainless steel winery of more than 1000 hL, as well as a bottling line and an automatic disgorgement chain.
Now certified HVE,High Environmental Value, we make a point of operating a vineyard respectful of the environment.
Our bottles in stock age quietly in our buried cellars, and therefore do not suffer any thermal shock or alteration due to light. They usually stay there 3 to 10 years depending on the vintages, and end their lives for sure by making you happy at the time of the aperitif, or during a meal or special occasion.
