Founded in 1951 by Henri Nicolo, our Champagne house has maintained its attachment to vines and wine.
Over the years, we have maintained respect for the tradition and quality of our wines.
In 2011, after studying viticulture and winemaking and with his experience, David Nicolo took over the existing family farm. He strives to perpetuate these values to offer champagnes of character.
Passionate about his profession, David expanded the family business with the takeover of another estate, Champagne Camille PARADIS & Fils. The Nicolo Champagne then becomes the NICOLO & PARADIS Champagne !
Our cellar is located at the Manoir d’Arsonval, in the Cote des Bar, south of Champagne. Discover our beautiful newly renovated bourgeois building to make it a welcoming place dedicated to Champagne and its tasting!
Are you looking to do a Champagne tasting in the Aube department? The Champagne Nicolo & Paradis offers you to retrace the making of wine in our gallery. You will find all the stages of the work of the vine and the transformation of the grapes into Champagne wine.
We will then take you to our tasting room located in the old kitchens of our building. There, you will enjoy a warm atmosphere to discover and enjoy our Champagne!
A member of the Wineries and Discoveries Label, we are a winery labelled on the Champagne Tourist Route.
